Menu Map

Every dish written on an upcoming event menu, and the recipe it means. The production plan can only order and prep for a dish once it is mapped, so anything left unmapped here is a dish the kitchen is planning by memory. Names come from the planning form, so the same dish often arrives worded differently, and only somebody who knows the menu can say which recipe it is.
