Sign once here. This is applied to the Signed for The Hackney line of every contract automatically (the {{employer_signature}} placeholder). The new starter then signs their part.
Contract templates
One per job role. Merge fields: {{full_name}} {{first_name}} {{last_name}} {{address}} {{start_date}} {{pay}} {{hours}} {{team}} {{email}} {{signature}} (employee) {{employer_signature}} (director — auto-filled from the saved signature above). The seeded wording is a placeholder — replace it with the real contract text before first real use.
Policy pack
Sent with every contract; each policy must be acknowledged before signing. Placeholder bodies need replacing with the real policy text — the tips/tronc, disciplinary, privacy and health & safety policies carry a legal requirement.
Email templates
Merge fields: {{first_name}} {{full_name}} {{email}} {{team}} {{start_date}} {{invited_date}} {{app_link}} {{admin_link}}. The welcome email sends automatically when access is confirmed; the chaser goes on day 2, the manager alert on day 3.
