Count what’s on hand, then commit it to stock.

Recent counts
Recording a tub the app doesn’t know about — a freezer backlog, or prep that got missed. Each tub becomes a real batch with its own code, so it counts towards stock, nets off the prep plan, and can be used, frozen or wasted by scanning it.
