Incentives

Booking incentive = 1% of min-contracted, earned the month the deposit is received (never gated). Event uplift + cafe = 1% (2.5% above £1M event revenue), earned per quarter and gated by the quarterly conditions. All figures ex-VAT, from Xero — a pending booking has no deposit yet; a not invoiced event isn't fully billed so its uplift is held out.
