POS Sales → Xero

This page is restricted to Admins.
Turns the imported Lightspeed takings into the two Xero documents you already raise by hand: a sales invoice split by category (tips to 2000 Tips Payable, not revenue) and a bank-charges credit note for the card fees (404). Both land as DRAFT — you authorise them, then pay the net into POS Clearing, where the HSBC deposits reconcile out via the standing transfer rule.
Which figure should the credit note use?
1.60% of gross is the modelled rate, validated against May and June 2026 — close enough that POS Clearing lands within day-boundary noise. Use it for a routine week.
Actual takes the real fee off the Lightspeed Payouts export (Financial Services → Payouts). Use it when you want POS Clearing to tie exactly — for a month end, a quarter end, or any period you are handing to the accountant. June's real fee was £179.48 against a modelled £160.95, so the difference is not nothing.
